We are by appointment only. If you cannot keep your appointment, please let me know 24 hours in advance. This is our form of income; we rely on each appointment made. Canceling 24 hours in advance helps us by allowing someone else to book in your time slot. Which helps us not lose income during that time period. We do our best to keep our prices low; please help us keep our schedule in good rotation. 

If you are an existing client and miss your appointment, we will charge your $25 fee when you reschedule your appointment.

Please do not bring any guests such as family, friends or children to your appointment. 

New Clients will pay $25 when scheduling, this payment will be applied to treatment cost at your scheduled appointment. 

$25 payment will be used as a deposit. 24-hour policy applies. $25 deposit will not be refunded if the appointment concludes to be a "no show" or the appointment isn't rescheduled within 24 hours. 

We ask to be on time as we have other appointments after you that may cause a delay to someone else. 15 minutes after a scheduled appointment will be considered a "no show". No refund will be made.

Gift Certificates will be forfeited if a client concludes to be a no show.
